Nick DeMars Christian music artist and songwriter, Nick has recently been called a "crooner." His unique sound and vast array of southern gospel styles are attracting the attention of promoters and radio stations over the country. Nick resides in Hickory, North Carolina, with his wife, Connie, and his three daughters, Sarah, Jessica, and Emily. Nick completed his second project, "Look Who's Here," in March, 2001. The first radio release of this album, "I Have a Longing" was sent Nationally to radio in August, 2001, by the award-winning promotion company, Showcase Media and Management, Inc. Nick has been scheduled to sing in the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and Pennsylvania, and has made an appearance on the television program, "The Gospel Roundup." Nick was recently interviewed for a half-hour segment on the Carolina Christian Radio Network, featuring three of his songs from his new project, "Look Who's Here." He is available for concerts, churches, and benefits. Nick's hobbies include fishing, hunting, and telling jokes, but his priority is his family and his Lord. Nick was saved in 1976 while attending a music and drama program by the Agape Players at Bethel Baptist Church in the small Upper Peninsula town of Manistique, Michigan. Later Nick realized that his life as a secular performer was empty and unfulfilling. Nick has given his talents to the Lord Jesus Christ and sings exclusively for Him. For a number of years I have been writing songs that tell of my life as a Christian and that uplift the Lord Jesus Christ.
