This may not be much but it means a lot to me.  Often I wonder if I am doing what God asks of me with my children. One afternoon my oldest daughter and I were just talking about school and life, which with a 6 year old that does not consist of much.  She asked me if a Christian was someone who did good things.  I told her that a Christian was someone who believed that Jesus Christ was born and died for their sins and that believing that in her heart was the only way into heaven.

Not knowing what was going to come out of her mouth next, I waited patiently.  Well I got a wonderful surprise when she told me that she was a Christian because she believed in Jesus and knew that he died for her.  God knows when you need a little pick me up and who better to pick you up than your own children.
